Social Commerce respects your right to control your personal information.
If you have connected your Facebook account or Facebook Page to Social Commerce and want your associated data deleted, you can request deletion using the process below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to: suppport@arsyntax.com
Use the subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request
Please include:
Your name
Email address associated with your Social Commerce account
Facebook account or Page information, if available
A description of the data you want deleted
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will:
Verify the request when reasonably necessary.
Identify the data associated with the relevant account or Facebook connection.
Delete information that is no longer required for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
Notify you when the deletion process is completed.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
Disconnecting Facebook
You can also disconnect your Facebook integration from the Social Commerce settings or from the relevant Facebook account settings.
Disconnecting an integration may stop future data collection but does not necessarily delete previously stored information. To request complete deletion, follow the process above.
