Images Are Not Generating
Check the following:
- The selected AI provider has a valid API key
- The selected model is available
- Your AI provider account has sufficient access or quota
- Your website can communicate with the external AI API
- The reference image is accessible
- The prompt is valid
API Key Error
If you receive an authentication or API key error:
- Verify that the API key was copied correctly.
- Make sure the key is still active.
- Confirm that your provider account has access to the selected model.
- Save the AI configuration again.
Compare All Providers Does Not Work
Make sure the providers required for comparison have been configured correctly.
A provider without a valid API key or model access may fail to generate a result.
Generated Image Is Not What I Expected
Try:
- Writing a more specific prompt
- Using a clearer reference image
- Changing the style
- Trying another AI provider
- Generating multiple variations
- Using the best generated image as a new reference
- Adding a focused variation prompt
Product Gallery Button Is Not Available
Make sure you have selected one or more generated images using their selection checkboxes.
The Selected counter should show the number of selected images.
License Activation Fails
Check:
- The license key
- License status
- Activation limits
- Website connectivity
